Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Charges

• More than 48 hours before departure: 100% refund (minus processing fee).
• 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

2. Weather Cancellations

If a ferry is cancelled by Prifytour due to bad weather or technical issues, passengers will be entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule to the next available slot.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
